En Ooru is a tribal heritage village situated in Lakkidi, Wayanad. This is the first tribal Heritage village open in Kerala. The main motive to start this heritage village is to introduce people to diverse tribal traditions. This will provide knowledge to urban people about how tribes live in their villages and what are the options available for their livelihood. There are lots of tribal communities that live in the forests of Kerala and have very different cultures. Jeep service is available to reach there as private vehicles have to park 2 KM away from the destination. They will charge ₹20 for jeep ride and ₹50 as entry fee for a person.
